Hannibal Poage Chevrolet Review We recently brought in three trucks for oil changes, tire rotations, fuel and air filter replacements, and a few additional mechanical concerns. The service department was outstanding. Collin Poage made check-in quick and easy, Service Manager Joe Williams provided clear, helpful technical explanations, and Kevin Mitchell offered thoughtful, personal feedback throughout. Tara Shrum wrapped things up with a friendly checkout and had me on my way. We remain very satisfied with the service at Hannibal Poage Chevrolet and appreciate the consistent professionalism from their team.

Great work on installing a new transmission on my truck. Matt did excellent work and there were no issues with the vehicle. Brittany was very courteous and provided updates when asked. Having had the car break down on a trip it was very important to have updates from where I live. They were always professional and courteous in providing information.

I think that the 3% fee that is charged if you use a credit card is way out of line. Most people don’t carry that amount of cash to pay for larger bills. We won’t be back!

My vehicle was kept for two months and two weeks never did anyone contact me to give me the status of my vehicle. I had to call each time just to check the status. I was very shocked that my three-year-old vehicle that has 40,000 miles on it that the turbo had went out in it only explanation I received was that that happens to those type of vehicles
