Car had a code coming up. Took it in to be looked at thinking we have extended warranty it would be covered. They diagnosed for a hour testing the battery said it was most likely the battery. Charged for labor. Paying 3100 for an extended warranty through them I felt like they should have diagnosed the code with no charge.

Great work on installing a new transmission on my truck. Matt did excellent work and there were no issues with the vehicle. Brittany was very courteous and provided updates when asked. I think that the 3% fee that is charged if you use a credit card is way out of line. Most people don’t carry that amount of cash to pay for larger bills. We won’t be back!

My vehicle was kept for two months and two weeks never did anyone contact me to give me the status of my vehicle. I had to call each time just to check the status. I was very shocked that my three-year-old vehicle that has 40,000 miles on it that the turbo had went out in it only explanation I received was that that happens to those type of vehicles
